Atlantis offers a variety of waterproofing services to ensure that your basement or crawl space will remain dry permanently. Atlantis does not believe in a "one size fits all" approach, but instead offers multiple options to suit your needs. Your Atlantis inspector will diagnose your problem and then recommend the best alternatives for your situation.
Our signature solution: Atlantis' unique sub-floor water management system
This is our signature solution to most basement water problems. Your Atlantis inspector will explain the solution in detail and whether it is right for you. The advantages of this solution include the following:
- stops BOTH major ways by which water can enter your foundation (through the walls and up from the floor)
- is a permanent solution that carries the Atlantis lifetime guarantee
- is an approved waterproofing method for home loans by the VA, FHA and HUD
- is substantially cheaper (up to 50% or more) than other waterproofing methods
- will not disturb landscaping or outdoor improvements (decks, patios, driveways, etc.)
