Mission

Atlantis' mission is to be the most reputable, customer-service oriented company in the waterproofing and mold remediation industries. Our foremost objective is to provide our customers with prompt, courteous customer service and the highest quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

History

Atlantis Waterproofing was founded in 1997 with the goal of distinguishing itself as a high-quality, customer-centric company. Let's face it: the waterproofing industry is not exactly known for its integrity or customer service. At Atlantis, we set out to repair that image by differentiating ourselves in several important ways:

• always using our own expert crews, and never using subcontractors (very few of our competitors can claim to have never used a subcontractor)
  
  
• always doing our very best to provide first-rate waterproofing workmanship, backed up by our lifetime transferable warranty
  
  
• always providing prompt, courteous customer service

We deliver both services with courteous, responsive customer care. As indicated by our memberships below, Atlantis prides itself on its integrity, and on respecting the integrity of our customers.

Staff

Our staff consists primarily of waterproofing industry "all stars", as well as talented individuals from a variety of construction and engineering backgrounds. Our staff has over 70 years of combined waterproofing experience. Many of our staff have come from other waterproofing firms in search of a higher caliber company, including at least one from all of our major competitors. In the history of Atlantis, no one has voluntarily left our staff to join another waterproofing or mold remediation company.
