Sump Pump Accessories

Atlantis Waterproofing of Tennessee offers a wide variety of sump pump accessories so that your basement remains permanently dry. Among these accessories are sump pump basins, check valves, moisture meters, power supplies and high powered alarms.

Sump Basins

Our sump pump basins are designed to be large enough to accommodate two sump pumps; one main sump and a back up sump pump. The heavy duty construction of the sump pump prevents it from breaking down and helps it to keep its natural shape against backfill and concrete. Each of our sump pump basins feature an airtite lid that can be bolted down. These basin lids can come in any of the following styles:

• Solid sump pump basin lid
• Slotted sump pump basin lid
• Solid lid with an AC cord hole and grommet, including 2 discharge holes
• Solid lid with an AC cord hole and grommet, including 1 discharge holes
• Solid lid with an AC cord hole and grommet

Check Valves

A sump pump check valve ensures that water which has entered the discharge line will not reenter the sump pump basin once the sump pump shuts off. We offer several different sump pump check valves, including standard valves, premium check valves and Zoeller check valves. Our standard check valves include convertible, straight and threaded valves. Our premium check valves are made of PVC piping that are not in danger of ever rusting, and will fit most systems. Our Zoeller check valves are top of the line, constructed from PVC plastic which is bolted together and can be installed either vertically or horizontally.

Moisture Meters

If you are trying to discover the source of moisture in your basement, attic, garage or elsewhere in your home, Atlantis Waterproofing offers the Tramex Moisture Encounter moisture meter that can detect hidden leaks in your home. It can measure moisture reading through tile, flooring, wallpaper, drywall and roofing membranes.

Batteries

When the power goes out in your home due to severe weather, it takes the sump pump out of commission along with it. Our sump pump batteries will help your home stay dry in the most severe weather, by simply keeping your sump pump operational. We offer three different batteries: the Metropolitan Power & Battery, a 120 amp battery that can last up to 20 hours; the Wayne 1240 which is a 12 volt, 40 amp battery that has the ability to run a backup pump for several days, and the Wayne 1275, which still is a 12 volt battery, but 75 amps.

Alarms

When your sump pump stops working, rather than coming downstairs to a flood, it is best to have a water alarm installed on your sump pump that will alert you to problems before they become disasters. We offer four different sump pump alarms, including the PumpGuard, the PumpGuard Plus, and the Water Alarm.
