Mat Diverters
Mat Diverters are placed under the floor of your foundation, where they will redirect the water into your sump pump. We have three such systems. The PolyDrain, the Channel Cove and the System Platon.
PolyDrain
PolyDrain uses air-gap technology to increase water drainage and foundation floor replacement can occur at its original thickness. PolyDrain has a 5/8 inch air gap between the replacement slab and your footer, and is laid directly on top of the footer, extending over the drain system. This phenomenal system eliminates the gravel on the footer, removing resistance and increasing water flow. The system also extends up the wall over the weep holes to channel all water down into the drain system.
The PolyDrain simply redirects the water into the existing drainage system more effectively.
Channel Cove
The Channel-Cove is a water diverter twhich is easily installed at your cove joint. Bright white, it has hundreds of drain channels that will divert the water down the wall and weep holes into the sub-floor drain. It is easily installed and made of a high molecular weight plastic that bends easily and endures.
System Platon
System platon is a flexible drainage system which can be used in both exterior and interior applications. It is a permanent moisture barrier that can be installed along the entire foundation wall. On the interior it will direct water down into your draintile. If used on the exterior, it will create a permanent barrier which is 100% environmentally safe.
