Inspectors

Atlantis is presently in need of additional inspectors in central and eastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. For the right person, the inspector position is a very dynamic and enjoyable one that changes every day. It involves traveling to homeowners within your service territory and providing them with detailed inspections of foundation water or mold issues in their homes. Qualified applicants will preferably have substantial experience in mold remediation and/or foundation waterproofing. However, we are willing to train talented individuals with excellent backgrounds in home construction or related fields. All applicants must have an honest and ethical character, a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and a knack for thoroughness and detail. Atlantis does not tolerate high-pressure, shoddy or incomplete sales tactics. Our inspectors work from home (no commute required). Atlantis inspectors are some of the most successful in the field because they are backed by our expert team of managers and crews, and because it is not very difficult to "sell" customers on our leading reputation!

Regional Manager

The regional manager position carries a salary and represents a high position within our company. It will only be offered to an extremely well qualified applicant who has substantial experience in waterproofing, mold remediation or closely related work. The job involves overseeing all labor crews working out of the New Jersey office, as well as customer service and other management functions. Applicants must have high energy and enthusiasm, be willing to do physical labor, and have strong management and communications skills. A college degree is a plus. Those looking to supplement their income may be able to perform field inspections as well. The Atlantis regional manager position carries a lot of responsibility and autonomy and will appeal to those who seek a challenge. The successful candidate will earn a secure, high-ranking position with our strong and growing company.

Chief Marketing Officer

Atlantis is currently searching for an experienced marketing professional to be its Chief Marketing Officer. The CMO will be responsible for all marketing efforts of the company, including all Internet, print, and media advertising. The CMO will also be responsible for relationship development and networking, in-person presentations, trade shows, etc. It is an extremely important position, and will report directly to the owners of the company. The position will carry a salary (commensurate with experience) and will be based out of our headquarters office in Hagerstown MD. Qualified applicants must be extremely well spoken and presentable, have at least a college degree (preferably a graduate degree in marketing or a related field), and must have a minimum of 10 years' marketing experience. The position will involve a lot of driving and travel and six to eight weekends per year.

Crew Foremen

Atlantis is looking for strong, dependable crew foremen in all of its offices (Tennessee, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey). To qualify, you must be a hard worker with a good attitude, have experience managing a crew of 3-5 people, be intelligent, and have good communication skills. A valid driver's license is required. Experience in waterproofing, foundation construction or mold remediation is strongly preferred. Atlantis crew foremen who distinguish themselves will be well positioned for future regional manager openings or other management opportunities within the company.
