Concrete Leveling & Repair
At Atlantis Waterproofing & Mold Control, we can take care of sinking or cracked concrete surfaces on driveways, patios, porches, garage floors, pool decks, sidewalks, stairs, and more. While this is a strong, durable material, it can still experience problems due to age, wear and tear, or because of the techniques used during its construction. The damaged surface that you see is not only an eyesore, but it can also cause a variety of problems for the rest of your home, especially if it cracks, which allows water to then leak into your basement and foundation. Additionally, sinking slabs could pose a tripping hazard to family members and guests to your property. As you can see, it's important to get these problems taken care of immediately before the damage gets worse.

Solid Concrete Repair Solutions
While other companies in the area may offer slabjacking to take care of sinking surfaces, we believe in using a polyjacking technique instead. Slabjacking makes use of a slurry to help with raising a slab up to its original level, while we use a polymer foam material that can be used in both wet and dry applications There are many benefits that we have found to using this technique over other more common or traditional repair methods. It is extremely precise, lifting slabs back up to within 1/8" of their original position.
This process is similar to slabjacking in that it begins with tiny holes being drilled in the damaged surface. Next, the filler material is inserted into the holes. This material is much more effective at filling the voids that caused the concrete to settle. It also cures in less than 15 minutes and it will never erode away. The foam has an incredible lifting strength and will also be able to seal joints and cracks from underneath the slab. Once the material has been injected underneath the slab, we will patch over the holes. Once dry, you will be able to use the slab again like normal.
